Health and Wellness/ Trying to Eat Well?

What does that means? Eat well...An art that needs to be well managed, well known, and well practiced as a habit more than as a luxury.
In the begining of this post, I was considering the fact that I really needed to keep in track with Transition Program,"A new Lifestyle", since that is one of the best things that happen to me in 2008. The benefits of eating healthier is the main point of this article.. When you feel great, energetic, can think clearly, your natural fisiology is working well, you can breathe better, you sleep better, and plus all that, you start getting into those pants that you couldn't use for long time...I can assure you, your journey will change just because your brain, your liver, your colon, your circulation, your heart, all your body will start working better...and you will start looking at your self better, in different ways too...let's face it, when you get to that point where you have really learned hoe to improve your cooking, and eating habits you have acomplished something big.... So you have to enjoy it and of course, that makes you look and feel even better. I am pointing out a very special habit that some of us need to learn how to improve, so it is more complicated than just going in a temporal diet that give you some pills to loose weight, tell you to stop eating carbohydrates, or even to stop having dinner. What I have being trying to achieve is really get the knowledge of eating healthier into a habit...That is hard , so you will find in here more information about areas that are also related with the way we cook or the way we choose to eat. This is not an easy endeavor. And the reason is simple; When I refer about my nutrition, I can tell my mind, and my soul are in one dimension completly different from where my body is...I want to feel better, but many time I am craving sweet, or carbohydrates...And here it comes the battle... Hello, there is any body there? I guess I am not alone, So guess what? I don;t know what you do on those moments, but I certaily believe that some of you are just in the same boat with me. I have my days of being struggling with this, but I know I can make it... I have improved and the reason is simple, I am learning about it and at the same time, 80% of the time I am aware of the importance of this to me, and that help me to be focus, trying to incorporate what I learn about nutrients of products, healthier combinations, and benefit to my body in my daily meals. So its a matter of time and persistency. I won't write only one article about this whole subject...and I certainly hope, in some way this information might help you to improve your health in an integral way. I have experienced one thing that was my wake up call about the way I was nurturing my body...It was painful, it was sad, but at certain point it became a challenge. It is call Fibromyalgia, and yes, the pain get worst if you abuse the consuption of sugar and carbohydrates. I sincerely hope you get the challenge without experiencing pain and of course depression. Our eating habits is as important as sleeping well, as taking the heart pill every day, as nurturing the love between you and that other person, which is so important to you, as important as your daily personal care, and you are the only one that can feel the benefits of doing it right for you. Maybe not as we would like it, but the way makes us live a healthier life...There it is the proposal. I know this is easy to say it and to understand it, but it is hard to follow consistently. That's why I never give up...and the more I try, the closer I get to the best! Have a joyful day and don't miss what is comming next about wellbeing in this serie of "Healthy Eating".
