I sincerely believe...

That Positive Intentions with the Positive Attention bring Progress! I definitely Agree with Herophilus. He was right when he said... "When Health is absent, wisdom cannot reveal itself, art cannot manifest, strength cannot fight, wealth becomes useless, and intelligence can not be applied". As a reflexion of his statement, my belief, and the reality of what is happening in Venezuela, my country, I can tell why there is not hope of real Progress while Hugo Chavez is the President.

Show your strength by recognizing and allowing every one else to show their own value, strength and talent.

Be honest with kindness and transparency. There is no better way to build a relatioship.

Find the benefit of Saying NO, when you just can't..., and YES when you want, but discerning...

Take in consideration that everything change. So maybe today you need to pay more attention to your health, your family, or your friends.

Ways to bring Excellence into your Life.

As a PERSON;
Ask yourself questions like, What shall I learn from this circunstance?
Every day,... Pray for Wisdom.
Give love and be open to receive love every day.
Always remember The Golden Rule...Treat others as well you would like to be treated...
Recognize your strenght and your weaknesses...and find the opportunies you have to use what you have and learn what you need to go in progress!
Enjoy your natural essence and use it for your own best benefit in those areas of your life, where you need to work for some more strengh. But remember to share your gifts, which for many people could be a blessing.

As a WORKER;
Be Positive, Proactive, Honest & Helpful with other people.
Read good material to enhance your skylls, talent and character in order to edify your Personality. You will be more open and flexible to find the benefit and beauty of been par of a team work.
Challenge yourself to allways bring "real" solutions, and creative ways to overcome difficulties.
Learn how to set Priorities during the day.
keep in mind the important things that set the standart of high quality of your product in the Market...

As a WOMAN;
Be Authentic, be yourself, no matter where you are or with whom. Do yourself a favor today, what ever you do or say, make sure you mean it, and not only that,... you love it!
Support other womens, the best you can. But remember, every body have their own dreams, their own goals, their own experience and education. Make sure you ask or at least suggest how you can help.
Share your Strenghs, and look for help to overcome your weaknesses. Do your search for the best help you can get. Keep in mind that any weak area in our life its really a challenge and a great opportunity to grow and become better of what we are.
Be a leader on what you know you are good, but remember, before you become a good leader you need to learn how to be a good follower.
Do not try to control others or even your life. Do your best for doing the right things at the right time and you will have great results. Educate yourself and promote education in all levels.
Take enought time to nurture your soul and mind with love, hope, faith, and what ever you enjoy the most.
Build solid relationships around your family, friends and in your community.

As a FRIEND;
Love and accept your friend as he/she is.
Respect your friends for what they are.
Help your friends on their strugglings and be as supportive, inspirational, and sincere as you can be.
Take time to develop a transparent relationship. Build trust with loyalty, real love, and sincerity.

As a MOTHER or FATHER;
Educate your children with love. Empower them from a peaceful heart and mind and Inspire them with Justice.
Build a sincere relationship with your children, based on trust. Teach them the importance of great values in life.
Listen to your Children and correct them on time. With love and patient.
Enjoy your child essence . Learn to admire the uniqueness of their personality and caracther as they grow as an independent human being. Respect and trust them.
